Putting pencil to paper for a recent gigposter project.
Friday wrapped up day five of the Graphic Arts Camp hosted by Jupiter Visual at madelife. We had a great group of fourteen 10-14 year olds come in and unplug for a week of analog graphic skill building. The weeks busy schedule included Linocut Printing, Character Design, Logo Design, Visual Communication, Handmade Type, Graffiti, Color Theory, Screen Printing and Bookmaking. The aspiring graphic artists got to create and connect with our guest lineup of talented local professional artists including Berk Visual, Moxxy, and McDavid Henderson as well as madelife interns Bonnie Hoffmann and Catherine Harden. Check out more pics on the madelife blog.
Many thanks to everyone who participated and attended!
